A version of our classic pizza utilizing a vendor-supplied gluten-free crust, this pizza comes with our homemade Pizza Sauce by default. Once it enters our kitchen, there is the potential of cross-contamination, but we do our best to minimize by keeping it in the original cooking tray and using a new pizza cutter for each "Glutenless" Pizza.
